Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported with 7 business days of delivery date. PERSONALIZED items cannot be returned or exchanged. Any defective or damaged merchandise that is returned to the manufacturer for inspection must be properly packaged. The manufacturer will not be responsible for any further damages due to improper return packaging.

Please call 1-800-973-3691 for return authorization. Returns will not be permitted without a Return Authorization (RA). Returns will not be permitted without an RA number. Shipping charges incurred by customer for returns will be credited upon inspection and approval of the return by the manufacturer. The manufacturer will pay to ship replacements via UPS ground service only. Please be advised to place your gift or candle orders at least 3 weeks prior to the event date. This will help to alleviate rush-shipping charges.
